First, turn you phone off and then back on again. Then check to see if your phone's mobile data feature is activated or deactivated. Please note that in your case, data should be activated and not deactivated. Look under "Cost control" in your my Lebara profile to see whether mobile Internet is activated. If you're abroad, look under "Cost

Hey, I was over aboard two weeks ago and I was using my o2 SIM there, it made a massive bill, but that bill has been paid but my data is still not working. My tariff is renewing each month like normal got my minutes and texts but no data. Please help . Thanks
Some things to try: 1 - Reboot phone. (or toggle airplane mode). 2 - Manually search for a different network 3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk" 4 - Turn off 4g (use 3g) 5 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars. If you message O2 on Facebook ( If you have an older tariff without a safety buffer we cap the amount you're charged for data usage abroad at £40 per month. So no matter how much data you use in any given month while you're abroad, you’ll never be charged more than £40. You can also choose to remove your safety buffer altogether in which case you'll be able to spend more.
In November I went to Paris with my android and used data with no problem. I'm in Italy right now, with my iPhone, and I can't use the data. Both the data and the roaming is turned on. I've tried my card on my sisters phone (she's here with me) and it worked fine. I've checked with my carrier and everything's fine with my card and data plan.
